summer project and tings
To ensure that the creative side of my brain doesn't completely dry up over the summer I am going to set myself a few projects to do inbetween packing my entire life into boxes ready to be taken down to London. My initial thoughts on this are to do a make-up/styling photo shoot in the ganguro style; because I absolutely love the overthetopness of it! I just need to head down to the shops and get me plenty of false lashes, white face paint and very dark foundation. I will update on this when I have started it properly.
Also (yes i know it's Kelly O but focus on the hair) I have been trying to achieve this hair colour for quite sometime now and I think i've finally cracked it. Plenty of bleach and toner does the trick, but I have also found a less damaging method. Check out http://www.renbow.co.uk/. They do an amazing range of semi-permanent hair colours, and only £4 all in no delivery.. BARGAIN. You can also buy 4 for £12 making each one only £3. I have bought loads! I used the 'pinkissimo' colour to dye my sisters blonde hair bright pink (see picture). She absoloutely loves it. That's all for now, back to packing shoes and then sorting more bits of clutter that i've managed to accumulate over the past 19 years, lucky me!

Foundation Fashion Show
Anna and I were thoroghly pleased with ourselved!
2 of my outfits, the Kylie-esque one was a personal and public fave. I (topleft) am wearing an outfit by Ben Smith from my former fashion class. The boy is amazing! Look out for him in the future. He managed to fashion forecast this season for his final major project he's on it! The fashion show was so much stress but so worth it in the end! Big shout to everyone who made it/was involved you rock! Check out all the pictures at http://uk.tilllate.com/en/photoalbum/overview/10312900#171147688

genious
tonight i'll be finalizing my designs for my collection, very exciting but got a lot of hard work ahead if i want my collection to be AMAZING and to also get a distinction for foundation.
i only need to pass to get my place at LCF but i want to get a distinction for my own self satisfaction and to make up for the very poor alevel results i came out with(hanging my head in shame)
brighton also needs to hurry the fuzz up with getting back to me so i can accept my place in LDN. i want to hear back from them before i accept just so i know if i got in or not. it's funny that 6 people in my class got offered places at westminster, yet my dear friend anna bannana did not even get an interview. yet she is the only one to yet have a place at brighton, everyone else has been rejected and i have not yet heard from them.
i am assuming that this is down to the poor organisation of the admissions at the uni's as the first choice option had been obliterated this year.
ah well, need to get on with student finance and halls of residence, term begins 5 months tomorrow exactly!!
cannot wait
some more exciting posts will be coming your way shortly once i pull my finger out and find my camera cable.. toodlesx

final major project
starting points for fmp:
Viktor & Rolf S/S10, knitwear and bridal wear, will hopefully make for an interesting and exciting collection. I want to create a ready to wear collection taking inspiration from all 3 idea and merging them together. The collection will be all in white, with possible splashes of colour here and there, but for the main part a neutral colour palatte will demonstrate the bridal theme, but the clothes themselves, through cut and shape will say otherwise.
